An introduction by our President, Stephen L. Brown:

"Since 1967, Baton Rouge/Brown Claims Service, Inc. has provided its clients with the most prompt, professional, and cost-effective multi-lines insurance claims investigation, adjusting, and administration services in south Louisiana. The location of our corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, together with our branch office in Lafayette, Louisiana (Brown Claims Service of Lafayette) afford a geographic service area that includes virtually all of the southern and coastal parishes of Louisiana, as well as southwest Mississippi.

Our other divisions, including Bayou Appraisal Service, Inc. (automobile and heavy equipment appraisals) and Acclaim Risk Management (third party administration, contract services) round out a family of companies capable of addressing any property and casualty claims need that might arise. Whether you represent a standard lines insurer, an excess/surplus lines company, or self-insured enterprise, we look forward to working with you in south Louisiana and carrying on the tradition which was started by our founder, my father, Pat S.
