The location of our home office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, together with our branch office in Lafayette, Louisiana (Brown Claims Service of Lafayette) afford a geographic service area that includes virtually all of the southern and coastal parishes of Louisiana, as well as some portions of Mississippi. Our auto appraisal division, Bayou Appraisal Service, Inc. performs automobile and heavy equipment appraisals throughout south Louisiana, while our most recent enterprise, Brown Claims Management Group – VA provides claims administrative/management services for property claims within the state of Virginia. The Brown Claims Management Group of companies is capable of addressing any property and casualty claims needs that you may have.
